Through extensive testing by our engineers and consumer feedback, we were able to determine that the brilliant displays on newer devices actually function better without a built-in screen protector, so we've opted to remove that piece to provide a better experience.

How does the OtterBox Protection Program work? This is a device protection reimbursement program available through select retailers that replaces the device screen and screen protector if either break when Amplify Glass or Alpha Glass are installed.

There is no requirement to register your OtterBox case for warranty. However, you may need to provide proof of purchase from an authorized dealer when submitting a warranty claim. Keeping your purchase receipt or invoice for warranty is always a good idea.
